World Deaf Architecture

Conservatory ASL Northwest is delighted to announce a visit from Robert Nichols, co-founder and chairman of the board of World Deaf Architecture group. Robert has been retained by C.A.N. to assist in the design process for remodeling the building at 4117 2nd Ave. N. to become The CAN Center.

Robert will be here Tuesday, June 4. Just a few days away! Over the noon hour he will present about his experience with World Deaf Architecture and his involvement with The CAN Center remodel. There is no charge to attend, however, C.A.N. will offer a sub sandwich lunch for $5. Any profit from the event will go to the remodel fund.

After the presentation, Robert will be holding a Charrette, where we will be discussing details for the remodel. Members of the community are invited to stay and give input. If you are interested in the future of The CAN center, and its design, PLEASE come to this meeting!! We value your perspectives and sincerely believe that we are better together!
